Senior T&E Accountant

About us
We are looking for a Senior T&E Accountant to join core team of our newly created Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service.

What we can offer you
You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations 
in Europe (Swedish market). You will be taking a key role in transitioning the T&E scope to Warsaw and then, running the daily T&E operations for local entities and SSC itself, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of T&E processes.

Your main tasks
• Being one of the key players in establishing a new process in our SSC in Warsaw
• Participation in establishing centralized process in SSC in T&E area

• Reviewing travel expenses and ensuring they are accounted for correctly
• Taking a part in transitions of T&E processes from local entities
• Stabilizing the migrated process
• Ensuring the smooth running of the T&E function including Internal Controls preparation, if needed
• Prove the ability to communicate and effectively interact with people across cultures (both internally within Husqvarna team and externally)
• Verifying the correctness and completeness of data, reports and statements along with the analysis of deviations
• Maintenance and enhancement of NEO tool, in line with the business needs, participating in business meetings with KDS

• Acting as a daily support to employees, managers, HR Business Partners and the Finance function regarding travel & expenses reimbursement via the HR Service Portal
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Preparing reports and analysis
• Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna/local country laws, policies and regulatory guidelines
