Provides daily operations management of a small team of learning consultants in delivering quality instructor-led training and performance support assets, subject matter expertise, and stakeholder engagement and management for enterprise customer engagements. Has a working knowledge of Oracle Health solutions, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family.

Supervises a team of learning consultants to manage the operational performance goals (e.g., change requests implemented). Develops and directs work schedules and monitors workflow to achieve established goals and objectives. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. May participate in the learning solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring high quality, integrated learning solutions within constraints of time and budget. Working knowledge of product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus is important. Thorough understanding of Oracle Health's products and services.

Will manage a small team of individual contributors, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members and taking corrective actions to address poor performers. Performs administrative duties such as approving timesheets and expenses. Coordinates the daily activities of a work group, setting priorities to ensure task completion. Provides technical/functional leadership as well as first line supervision. Conducts annual performance reviews.

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed
