Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in interfacing with our clients, encompassing advanced project management, coordinating complex issue resolution, and conducting detailed requirements gathering for our global development team. You will be part of a dynamic and expert team, leveraging your extensive experience in front office trading to ensure high customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on Hong Kong Order Management Systems. This senior role demands a professional well-versed in the financial technology domain, capable of managing complex client relationships, and adept at driving projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Lead the support effort for key applications (Hong Kong / APAC High and Low touch Order Management Systems, Pre-Trade Risk, FIX routing layer).
- Expertly diagnose and drive customer requests to resolution.
- Strategically troubleshoot and resolve potential problems encountered by clients.
- Take full ownership of critical issues and high-impact projects.
- Oversee and coordinate complex setup changes and enhancements.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-sales, Project Delivery, Product Development, and Engineering to ensure service delivery.
- Provide high-level onsite/offsite consultancy, conduct strategic meetings, and deliver advanced trading screen training as needed.
- Manage and nurture high-value client relationships.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within a financial institution, with a strong background in technical support roles.
- In-depth understanding of Hong Kong trading and Order Management support.
- Proven ability to take full ownership of projects and issues, managing them autonomously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of system issues and troubleshooting.
- Energetic and proactive personality with extraordinary interpersonal skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the FIX protocol is highly preferred.
