Senior Technical Advisor (Payments)

What you'll learn & achieve:

• Acts as a UL ambassador in the customer environment and independently provides advisory services to our customers
• Deliver complex client engagements along with the ability to deliver workshop and trainings to the client
• Responsible for the quality of project deliverables. Meets customer demands and delivery requirements in all respects
• Responsible for promoting UL offerings beyond traditional services by proactively recognizing synergies and innovative solutions.
• Responsible for pro-actively seeking feedback from colleagues and customers, and using it to identify opportunities for improvement and / or suggest changes for our solutions
• Contributes in the knowledge building of the team via training and coaching of new employees

What makes you a great fit:

• University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a technically related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or payment industry
• Working experience of payment technology like EMV, Open banking, Instant Payments, Mobile Payments, 3DS
• Excellent presentation skills, proven experience in customer facing engagement
• Agility and ability to adapt to various technical and organizational environments
• Excellent Problem solving, Analytical skills and outside box thinking
• Ability to lead complex project while keeping motivation of the team high

• Eager to learn and grow in the payment ecosystem as well as other functional areas
• Intrapreneur mindset, along with desire to walk additional mile for the customer and UL's success
