As a Senior Technical Analyst - Java, you will be reverse engineering to provide end to end technical support for Java based applications hosted on Client's environment / Cloud or SaaS based solutions. You will be a part of Support team that works on Self-Service platforms including Chatbot, Customer facing portals and Community along with providing top-notch Product Support.

Work experience required: 5-8 years

* Hands-on experience with profiler for UI, application code and database, webserver logs (IIS/WebSphere/Tomcat) * Knowledge of latest technology stack - Kubernetes, Kafka, ActiveMQ / RabitMQ, Angular, Python is preferred

Essential Functions:

• Be able to research & resolve complex and critical incidents using the internal and external tools available in client environments
• Brainstorm and leverage vendor and development support to gather additional data points assisting the research
• Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholder group and achieve root cause analysis
• Innovate, develop and deliver digital self-serve initiatives by creating and helping to build and participate in our client community and in-house tools.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, both internal and external.
• Articulate ideas and information effectively in senior level client and leadership meetings
• Provide problem solving related coaching to team members
• Participate in administration of our Knowledge-based Support system, including publishing content to our AI powered tools for use across all our support channels.
• Mentoring junior analysts- as well as providing knowledge transfer to more junior development associates
• Managing a workload of support incidents of increased complexity on a timely basis.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on ideas, issues and initiatives
• Excellent communication skill and participates actively in team meetings discussions
• Engage in team activities and comply with corporate policies

Qualifications:

Education : BS in Computer Science or related major, Masters preferred

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of coding experience in Java 8, REST, Spring Core, SQL, Hibernate, Spring data JPA, JUnit/Mockito, Maven, Jenkins , Multi -Tier Architecture, Micro services, Entity data model, Restful and WCF services, API Development, Angular, HTML.
• Experience with any cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP. PCF etc) a MUST.
• Hands-on experience in the development of RESTFUL web services & microservices
• Angular or React presentation framework experience
• Working experience in Azure databases such as SQL Database, Database for MySQL, or Database for PostgreSQL OR working experience in database and storage technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL server, Mango DB, or Redis, etc.
• Understanding of digital transformation and cloud native application development, 12 factor compliance cloud solutions
• Experienced in TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Good understanding of DevOps concepts and process and CICD tools.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology
• Understanding of security and identify concepts and familiar with authentication, single-sign-on, directory services etc.
• Knowledge of commonly used IDEs such as Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, and UNIX scripts
