This role involves day to day interaction and engagement for supporting a global portfolio management platform. As a Technical Analyst you will play a pivotal role for delivering a Customer Success function for our business users.

You will act as an interface between technology and business areas. You will have operational support responsibilities and dealing with challenging production issues. You will be involved in defining business requirements, building applications and coordinating with delivery teams to ensure work is prioritized accordingly.

Role summary and job responsibilities:
  • Production Support - Investigate and analyze day to day issues with the ability to manage communications effectively back to stakeholders
  • Business Analysis - Understanding complex business needs across the Portfolio Management domain
  • Project Management - Manage projects of varying sizes and involving global teams
  • Relationship Management - Working closely and developing relationships with a variety of senior internal business partners to ensure all business requirements are understood, documented and met
  • Other duties as assigned

Business knowledge
  • You demonstrate knowledge of Investment Management, Capital Markets or other products within Financial Services
  • You are driven by a desire to deliver a great experience for all our customers
  • You articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions

Requirements
  • Typically, you will have 4+ years of related professional experience in Financial Services
  • Typical experience would be in any of the following, Engineering, Business/Technical/Data Analytics, Production Support or Infrastructure/Help Desk support.
  • To be successful in this role you will have the ability to breakdown complex or vague problems and step through them in a rational way
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to solve issues within a data orientated environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent relationship & stakeholder management skills to include requirements gathering, user story generation helpful
  • Demonstrate proficient understanding in multiple technologies/ applications
  • You communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences using multiple forms such as verbal and written
