Role Snapshot

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise in gathering business requirements and translating them into the proper analytical solution for a team of analysts and data scientists. You will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision making and a higher level of data acumen for WPS.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
  • 1 or more years of related work experience within Business Analysis


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of related work experience within Technical Business Analysis arena
  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI and SQL
  • Expertise with MS tool sets: PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word
  • Experience in claims processing, health insurance, or similar industries
  • Extensive understanding of data and analytical frameworks


Salary Range

  • $85,000 ~ $110,000
  • The base pay offered for this position may vary based on your experience, knowledge, skills,and may fall outside the posted range.

Your Team:The Senior Technical BA will work closely a team of analysts and data scientists to advance WPS by making data-driven decisions. To accomplish this, the team is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and insightful analytical solutions back to the business. The team also plays a critical role in the development of stronger data acumen and analytics maturity.
