Position Description:

CGI is looking for an experience technical business analyst. At this role, you will work on documenting the current state of a technical organization and its systems, processes and help to define and document the future state systems and processes. An ideal candidate should have expertise in working with different technical stakeholders at all levels of a technical organization. You should also have experience in developing technical project implementation strategy and roadmaps. Background as a business systems analyst or developers is a plus.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Work effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members and stakeholders. • Write clear and precise technical documentation based on direct interactions and by applying research
and evaluation; should be able to go through and understand existing technical documents to develop an
understanding of the system and processes current state.• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand and document current state of systems and processes• Build a future state roadmap, and strategy based on recommendations, and inputs from other technical
stakeholders such as DevOps, Development, security, application support and Quality Engineering• Assist with developing process improvement and prioritization plans • Document project reports for weekly and monthly meetings with senior leadership• Prepare and deliver presentations to technical teams for the assigned tasks• Work very closely with Director of Engineering and program manager.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical area • 3-5 years of consulting experience is highly preferred• 5 years in technical business analysis or business systems analysis.• Expertise in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, C#, etc.)• Good Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, or ERP
(Microsoft Dynamics CRM is highly preferred)• Expert at developing system documents and presentations for the technical stakeholders• Good understanding of CI/CD, and build pipelines• Good understanding of all phases of software development, and the groups, teams involved in the
lifecycle• Ability to interview mid and senior project stakeholders• Ability to conduct workshops with technical project stakeholders• Ability to learn quickly and think creatively• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly• Strong negotiation skills• Experience participating in diverse teams• System Integration Designing• Business Process Design and Analysis• Business Process Flow Diagraming • Critical business prioritization management

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $95,000-$105,000*
