Senior Technical Cloud Product Manager -Teamcenter X

Siemens Digital Industry Software islooking for a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager tojoin the Teamcenter Cloud team within Lifecycle Collaboration Software (LCS).You will be part of a Product Management team responsible for developing newCloud native offerings and adapting our existing solutions to take advantage ofCloud-based deployment. You will work with strong development teams in afast-paced environment where agile development is embraced, and innovation isencouraged. Prerequisites and Essential Functions:

• Defineand set the direction of products throughout all stages of the product orproduct family life cycle, I.e., from concept to end-of-life
• Delivermarket-leading products with fast performance and a compelling user experience,based on a modern architecture that incorporates the latest technology andinnovations
• Workclosely with product development groups to ensure product(s) meet theestablished goals, technology, user experience, and commercial goals
• Defineand prioritize product requirements and explain use cases so that developmentteams can work efficiently
• Workwith product marketing and sales on the product launch and go-to-marketstrategy to ensure our cloud offerings succeed in the marketplace upon release
• RepresentTeamcenter Cloud Strategy to management, industry analysts, and customers
• Collaboratewith other Siemens stakeholders (Industries, Sales, Services, TechnologyOffice, other Product teams, Marketing, etc.) to solicit feedback, balancecompeting priorities, and deliver on stakeholder business requirements
• Trackbusiness results and develop product roadmap and strategies to grow thebusiness
• Responsiblefor product pricing, licensing, and packaging and making critical decisions onmarket introduction and phase-out of products
• Managenegotiations and contract discussions with vendors and third parties. Makecritical decisions regarding product lifecycle
• Proactivelyidentify and resolve issues that might impact development progress or customersuccess
• Handlesnegotiations and contract discussions with vendors, customers, and thirdparties
• Facilitateand promote innovation across the organization. Have a clear sight of the commercializationof these innovative ideas.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education,and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,Computer Science, or other technical discipline required, Graduate level a plus
• Must have a minimum of 7+ years ofEnterprise Software and technology experience
• Must have at least 5 years in a leadingproduct management role
• Must have a strong background in bothbusiness and technical roles
• Must be very familiar with EnterpriseAgile and Scrum development practices
• Experienceworking within Cloud, SaaS, and emerging cloud use cases for web/mobile andenterprise companies including a solid background with Amazon Web Servicesand/or Azure Cloud Platforms, and overall Private and Public Clouds perspectiveand Cloud software stacks and services
• Experienceworking in discrete manufacturing industry desired

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $121,400 to$218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
