Senior Technical Data Analyst

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Data Analyst to join our growing team. You'll be acting as the bridge between our technical IT and our business operations and sales. You'll be coming up with technical solutions to real business problems, that will shape our sales and business strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Performing statistical/data analysis to come up with solutions to business problems

• Presenting solutions to stakeholders and providing adequate explanation of the problem and proposed solution

• Creating dashboards to track progress towards team/company goals, being creative yet concise with how different visualizations are used

• Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and troubleshooting processes

• Becoming Workato Automation Pro I, II, and III certified to create Workato recipes to automate sales processes and streamline workflows

• Drive and maintain sales data integrity across the GTM tech stack 

• Work cross-functionally with other GTM teams to support and find the best solutions related to different projects and initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or relevant experience from previous employment

• Experience manipulating, joining, and aggregating large datasets in SQL, Python, R, or other BI tools

• 3-7 years work experience in business operations or a related field

• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills to communicate analytical insights to executive stakeholders in a clear and concise format

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset

• Strategic mind who can dissect and organize analytically 

• Diligent thinker who gets things done without overlooking important details

• Must be data-driven, have a natural knack for technology, and be able to demonstrate technical ability
