The Senior Technical Designer will be responsible for leading the technical design process for intimates and shapewear products ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of fit function and quality. This role requires a deep understanding of garment construction fabric (cut & sew and seamless) and the specific needs of the market. The Senior Technical Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams including design product development and manufacturing to bring innovative and high-performance products to market.

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Design building private label apparel products is a must

• Knowledge in women's apparel industry - intimates is a must

• Knowledge in bra making OR seamless construction is a must

• Understanding the plus size market with passion in making women feel confident is a plus

• Knowledge in Cut & Sew is a plus

• Lead a team of tech designers and provide guidance and mentorship

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Design and develop innovative technology solutions

• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions
