Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to join our team, where you'll be primarily working with our network modules (NDR). These are network sensors that you’ll be managing remotely. You have a strong background in Linux and Ansible and troubleshooting network or software issues is what gets you through the day.

You’ll be part of the Technical Operations team where you’ll get to work with 6 people. The T-Ops team is part of our Managed Services division where we’re the technical knowledge hub for the services we provide. Next to your colleagues here in Delft, we have amazing colleagues in the UK who we work with closely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Linux-based systems
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Linux and Ansible environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Linux systems
• Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication in English and teamwork skills, Dutch is a pre
• Certifications in Linux and Ansible are a plus.
