Job Description:

As a Senior Technical Product Manager in CoreLogic's Insurance and Spatial organization, you'll have the opportunity to deliver underwriting workflow automation solutions and features that have a direct impact on major insurance carrier clients and the insurance industry as a whole.

As a passionate, curious and open-minded Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll also collaborate with business unit Product Managers, Client Support and Designers to understand client needs and create the product vision, roadmap and goals.

Working closely with your development team to jointly plan, prioritize and deliver quality software from your product backlog is key to the product's success. Your problem solving skills and creativity will be utilized to enhance client experiences and platform efficiencies.

The UnderwritingCenter is a workflow application that helps insurance carriers make underwriting decisions for property insurance policies. Our applications are being built using Angular for the front-end with .NET microservices architecture running on Google Cloud Platform. We use Jenkins and Octopus Deploy for deploying database and application changes.

Job Qualifications:

Job Requirements

• Collaborate with your team to provide technical direction on product, design, and architectural decisions
• Work with business unit leadership and client-facing teams on product roadmap items and client change requests
• Translate business and client needs into technical user stories
• Merge code, deploy services, and run vulnerability scans with guidance from other members of the development team
• Monitor infrastructure, applications and databases for errors to support availability and resilience of our platform
• Support change management and release activities
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving production incidents

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end Product/development team leadership experience, including experience defining and prioritizing product features through story writing
• Recent experience and success working with Agile and/or XP development teams as a TPM or ScrumMaster, including leading of all Agile ceremonies
• Proven ability to self-manage and drive results (organize, prioritize, time manage and focus).
• Experience with cloud native ecosystems
• Experience with Lean Product Design and Lean Software Development principles
• Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms and vice versa
• Ability to define detailed technical acceptance criteria for the development teams
• Good understanding of B2B integrations using APIs
• Good understanding about XML/JSON based data exchange
• Experience in UI/UX for web applications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Familiarity with our tech stack
• Experience in helping to design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures or workflow systems
• Domain-specific industry experience in Real Estate or Insurance technology a plus
