Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with business and technology leaders.
• Manage feature delivery, change management, and prioritize initiatives for business impact.
• Provide technical backend expertise to support platform growth and strategic IT capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead product backlog refinement, prioritization, and execution, managing value, usability, and risks.
• Lead functional design process and agile ceremonies to drive successful product delivery.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong blend of creativity, persistence, and high energy with the ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and technical concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and product management skills, coupled with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to anticipate customer and business demands, thriving in fast-paced environments with high intellectual curiosity and initiative.
• Capable of moving between strategic high-level planning and tactical product execution, balancing both perspectives daily.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience using tools like Rally, JIRA, or CA Agile Central.
• Knowledge of Amazon Cloud, APIs, database management, telecom ordering systems, and platform integrations is a plus.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
