Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Commercial strategy for IT telecom operations and billing support systems.
• Align provisioning strategies with IT, Network Engineering, and business goals, managing SIM profiles and eSIM activation.
• Collaborate with senior executives to define and track product goals and KPIs.
• Ensure scalable, reconcilable data operations to minimize revenue leakage and optimize rating/charging mechanisms for 5G products.
• Lead the development of product features across billing and provisioning in the Commercial portfolio.
• Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership, product marketing, and development teams, driving innovation and compliance.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 5+ years in product management, with 5+ years in BSS or similar systems; extensive Agile experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with OSS and BSS, system architecture, API management, NFV, and cloud computing
• Understanding of 5G provisioning systems, IT operating systems, and service activation platforms
• Knowledge of 5G core architecture, including subscriber management, network slicing, NFV, and edge computing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on automation, optimization, and scalability
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related tools

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
