About this Opportunity

As Spokeo continues to grow we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager (Sr. TPM ). You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions in a timely manner that delight the customers. You will be responsible for creating managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on business objectives set by the customer and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a successful history of leading cross-functional teams to deliver effectively and on time with innovative solutions and strong team camaraderie. Projects will be a mix of large and small – as the Sr. TPM will drive product enhancements both to internal middleware and CRM tools which enable Spokeo to sell new products and manage new customer accounts that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction and to customer-facing features which bolster security connectivity data and purchasing options. The successful candidate will motivate and lead their team to deliver beyond expectations.

This Sr. TPM will lead an Agile Scrum team to deliver impactful products that will grow revenue and increase customer satisfaction. While at Spokeo this Sr. TPM can grow their business savvy and make strategic decisions on behalf of the customers. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management.

What you'll do:

  • 40% - Lead a cross-functional Scrum team as Product Owner owning the planning and prioritization of the backlog monitoring key metrics and driving efficient end-to-end product development from conception to launch

  • 30% - Collaborate with product engineering design and analytics teams to drive innovation. Implement new features collect feedback and requirements and gain deeper insights to drive the product's future

  • 10% - Embrace the opportunity to challenge the norm and relentlessly pursue simple and elegant customer experiences

  • 10% - Stay up-to-date with industry trends beyond Spokeo align product teams and partners and inspire leadership to support your product and business ideas

  • 10% - Serve as a product evangelist promoting alignment among leadership cross-functional stakeholders and the product team

What you've done:

  • You have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field

  • You have 5+ years of experience with product management and or product development

  • You have worked on building platform or infrastructure products such as middleware CRM security/permissions management and or case management tools

  • You are experienced at collaborating with cross-functional teams engaging senior stakeholders and using agile software development

  • You can create a well-planned roadmap by strategically breaking down projects into MVPs and subsequent phases optimizing customer and business value with minimal effort

  • You know how to utilize both quantitative (e.g. metrics analytics) and qualitative data (e.g. research user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your clear and concise product specs inspire and motivate teams toward a bold vision

  • Experience with data related to public records people businesses and/or properties is highly preferred

  • Experience with MySQL SQL is a must
