About the Role

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in guiding the direction and growth of our product, significantly influencing our company's trajectory and success.

• Deliver with Precision: Your critical role involves leading the delivery of complex product and technical projects. From executing product strategy to injecting technical insights during development and launch phases, your work with cross-functional teams will refine our products, enhance workflows, and establish best practices.
• Enhance Collaboration: As we aim for our next set of achievements, you will be pivotal in fostering stronger collaboration between product, engineering, and the rest of the business. This involves improving communication channels, aligning project goals, and ensuring that the product vision is clearly understood and executed by all team members.
• Cultivate Product Mastery: You will immerse yourself in becoming an expert on our product suite, gaining an intimate understanding of its features, capabilities, and potential areas for enhancement. 

What You’ve Done Before:

• 6+ years of Technical Product Management experience.
• Experience driving technical product roadmaps for B2B enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to work cross functionally and communicate effectively to stakeholders. 
• Demonstrated excellence in project management is required.
• Skilled in precisely understanding the needs of our customers and translating them into actionable requirements that deliver real value to both the business and its stakeholders.
• Work with customer success to prepare new feature documentation and equip our support teams the knowledge needed to troubleshoot customer inquiries.
• Proven skill in quickly grasping technical ideas and clearly explaining them to a non-technical audience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to superior quality outcomes.
