Mina Protocol's native cryptocurrency, MINA, is the first with a small constant-size blockchain. The Foundation supports participants, strategically allocates resources, ensures network health and security, promotes adoption, and champions MINA in the wider world. Mina solves 3 of the most difficult challenges in the blockchain space: privacy, scalability, and decentralization.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Roadmap: Manage execution of product roadmap & strategy for zero-knowledge applications (zkApps) on Mina
• Product Requirements: Write and collaborate on product requirements for zkApp related products/features. 
• Core Grants: Lead the Core Grants ( Ecosystem Advancement track by collaborating with community and internal stakeholders in writing, managing and publishing RFCs and RFPs.
• Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery by working closely with engineering, cryptography & other teams in the ecosystem to design, develop, build and QA deliverables
• Opportunity Identification: Conduct user research, competitor analysis and product discovery to identify opportunities in the ZK space
• User Focus: Collaborate with ecosystem participants (e.g. developers, partners) to address their needs, communicate product roadmap, and incorporate their feedback into product roadmap

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE PROFILE, AND SKILLS:

• 5+ years of previous experience in product management of one or more successful products or services
• Passionate about Web3, zero-knowledge and decentralized applications
• Ideally 3+ years experience in Web3
• Understanding of blockchain or distributed systems, zero-knowledge in Web3 and smart contracts
• Strong technical background (ideally a software engineering or CS background)
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable in public settings and engaging with external partners
• Data-driven, user-focused, and analytical
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as API’s, GraphQL, blockchains or distributed systems, etc
• Independent and self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Team player: Open to feedback and works in a transparent and collaborative manner
