Senior Technical Product Manager | Social Data Integration

As Senior Technical Product Manager of Social Data Integrations, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Social Platform data integrations with third-party data sources required to support LTK’s reporting and data analysis. Performance data and reports are a critical component of our product value and thus this is a mission critical role. This data will be leveraged as a key component of our “actionable insights” strategy, combining performance data with AI/ML to guide our customers to execute high performance marketplace matching and high ROI campaigns.Â
This senior-level role requires at least 7+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record of success in providing multiple social integrations for many accounts within a single application platform. The candidate will be highly technical with a strong understanding of APIs, Social Platform data, Enterprise data architecture, and data structure and flows within a Martech stack. The ideal candidate will have led data integrations within a large global Enterprise and have deep industry knowledge of third-party Martech data sources, particularly social data platforms and data such as Meta.Â
As a startup at scale, this role will require both strategic and hands-on work, from partnering with executive leadership to define and prioritize data requirements and roadmap to partnering with engineering to define integration strategy, serving as hands-on PM defining scope definition and execution, including writing the epics and stories that will drive the product execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal business, product, data engineering, product engineering, CTO, and architecture teams to understand LTK data requirements for social data and define a strategic data roadmap.Â
- Leverage strong knowledge of the Martech industry and existing contacts with social platforms and data vendors to identify, assess and drive cross-functional alignment on selecting data sources that best-fit company strategy, business, and technical requirements.Â
- Partner with data, product, engineering, and architecture to plan and execute integration plans with external data partners. Â
- Partner with data and engineering teams to define technology, processes, and strategy to maintain data accuracy, quality, and performance.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for each integration including authentication flows.Â
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget.
- Use data and analytics to measure the impact of each integration and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Work closely with partners to establish strong relationships and ensure successful integration launches.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders across the organization, including executives and board members.
- Partner with other technology teams (internal & external) to build appropriate data tools for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various data sources into various data platforms.Â
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.Â
- 7+ years of experience as a technical product manager, with a track record of delivering successful data integrationsÂ
- Experience with integrating social data into Enterprise Martech stacks
- Experience working with Meta and other major social platforms
- Technical experience defining instrumentation structure, coordinating with engineering and 3rd party vendors during development, and managing QA to validate the integrity of integrations
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
