Senior Technical Proect Manager (Operations and Finance)

Project Description

Our client is an USA subsidiary of a Global Financial Bank working in multiple markets and asset classes.

We are currently looking for a hands on Senior Technical Project Manager focusing on the Bank's application development and support for several middle/back office applications.

Salary range from: 80000-155000 USD per year

Responsibilities

Managing several teams (onshore/offshore) responsible for BAU and project work across multiple business functions for Operations and Finance in US and Canada regions
Driving technology solution to support Operations and Finance functions
Daily FINRA reporting (Blue Sheets/EBS, CAT MEPA/CAIS, etc.)
Metrics and other project reporting
Personnel development

Skills

Must have

Proven track record of structured project management
Strong business knowledge across Operations (Settlements, Collateral Management, Payments, Reconciliations, Reg Reporting, etc.) and Finance (Accounting, P&L management, Reg reporting) functions
Hands on experience with Java, ETL (SSIS), reporting tools (SSRS), unix shell scripting, Control-M
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
Ability to work on own without direction
Ability to incorporate quality into all elements of the project to deliver high performing solutions
Ability to work to tight deadlines
