Senior Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and technical program manager to lead large initiatives across functional teams in ensuring that Guidewire always delivers quality products.
What you get to do:
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, operations, and other teams to define program goals, set priorities, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution.
- Manage dependencies between teams and ensure that all deliverables are met on time.Lead and oversee the execution of the program from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are on track, on budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers that may affect the programβs success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters, ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed and engaged.
- Manage expectations and communicate regularly with senior leadership, keeping them informed of key risks, decisions, and progress.
What you bring to Guidewire:
- 5+ years of experience in program management experience leading complex technical projects with strong preference to delivering cloud based solutionsA deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of product development, as well as strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Expertise in project management tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, AHA), and familiarity with Agile and specifically Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.A high standard for performance, fostering collaboration, and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude even in high-pressure situations.
