Senior Technical Program Manager

We're currently looking for:
We are hiring a talented Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Data & Analytics programs. This person will be responsible for driving programs to enable transformation, growth, maturity and scale. You will work cross-functionally with business and technology partners to deliver business value. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in ambiguous situations, a proven ability to handle competing priorities, demonstrated track record of managing complex programs, and possess a high degree of discipline while remaining flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding outcomes; drive the definition of scope, success metrics, deliverables, schedule and manage progress by monitoring large phases down to detailed tasks, including managing dependencies and business impact
- Engage with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Operations and Infrastructure Engineers and Leads on driving programs and coordinating tasks
- Produce overall program communications, interfacing with all teams affected by the program, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with other Program Managers to synchronize on status of Data and Analytics activities, program metrics and KPIs
- Drive business scoping meetings and technical discussions to establish, prioritize and sequence key features and roadmap
- Inspire the team and contribute to creating a great work environment
- Identify opportunities to improve execution of the organization as a whole, to increase engineering productivity through status communication templates, tools and process improvements
- Works with a high degree of integrity and accountability
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Ability to work with all levels in the Organization and present and lead meetings with Director/VPs/C-suite
- Mentor and coach team members fostering a high performing team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years directly involved in software delivery and/or technical implementation of data
- Extensive experience in delivering end to end data projects in Data warehousing, Big Data, Analytics and BI space
- Experience with Sales, Marketing, Services, Financial, HR, Legal, SaaS Systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday)
- Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent collaboration and people skills with the ability to develop deep and trusted relationships across organizations
- PMP, CSM, ITIL certifications a plus
- Experience with Agile methodology a plus
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done

If you are hired in Denver or Dallas, the compensation range for this position is between $ 105,480 and $ 146,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
