Senior Technical Program Manager
Job Description
Creates product roadmap and identifies key tools needed, enhances existing processes, provides direction of product and product development needs. Influencing and collaborating with others in cross functional teams (D&A, technology, sales, fulfillment, product marketing, finance, legal) to define product and system requirements ultimately bringing products to market. The individual must be able to speak to technology in technical terms, but also must be able to articulate technical into business terms.
What You'll Do
- Heavy focus on project/program management and working with technology to streamline the model implementation processes / MLOps
- Role will be a hybrid of Technical Program Management and Product Management
- Lead and prioritize model and feature deployments
- Analyze and drive overall market understanding related to customer needs and industry research
- Provide descriptions and requirement definition for product development
- Contribute to conversations that encourage innovation
- Track attainment of objectives through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
What Experience You Need
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2-4 years direct Program or Project Management experience
- 1-2 years experience in Product Management or general business acumen
- 3+ years of experience working with data, analytics, and/or data analytics platforms / MLOps

- Must have technical knowledge of products to ensure customer needs are met across the product lifecycle including: Development, Delivery channels, Customer implementations, Customer support, Product enhancements
- Understands market segments as well as market data and analytical trends relative to the products to drive product performance and competitive differentiation. Understands and tracks critical product data: Customer usage and satisfaction, Product operational metrics, Competitive standing relative to other alternative solutions
- Utilize all the latest Google Cloud Platform tools(i.e. Kubernetes, BigQuery, Dataflow) to establish a world class model deployment product suite
