• Lead multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and exceptional results
• Craft comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, risks, and milestones
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, and other teams to define project requirements and deliverables
• Mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful outcomes
• Communicate status, progress, and challenges of projects to stakeholders, including senior management
• Facilitate team collaboration and foster a culture of transparency and accountability
• Drive enhancements in project management processes and methodologies
• Align project goals with business objectives and strategic priorities
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal use of resources
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to address complex issues and make informed decisions
• Foster collaboration across teams for cohesive project execution and knowledge sharing
• Manage vendor relationships to align with project objectives and timelines

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role within a tech-driven landscape
• Background in software development, systems engineering, or similar technical fields
• Showcase of excellent project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects effectively
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban and other project management tools and methodologies
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Capability to solve problems analytically and think critically
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, SDLC, and DevOps beneficial
• PMP, PgMP, or other related certifications are a plus
• Excellent command of the English language at a C1 level
