As a Senior TPM, you will work at the intersection of development, data science, and user experience and have a competitive understanding of the travel landscape to build the next-generation travel infrastructure and experiences.

As a Technical Program Manager (Enterprise), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects tailored for our enterprise clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer success, to ensure the seamless integration of our travel tech solutions into our client's enterprise ecosystems. Your strategic vision, technical expertise, and exceptional project management skills will be instrumental in shaping the future of our enterprise product offering
What you'll own:
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project management process, including project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, risk management, and timely delivery of enterprise-level projects
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise clients, internal teams, and external vendors to align project requirements, expectations, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in travel technology, providing technical guidance, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth analysis and gather detailed technical requirements from enterprise clients, translating their business objectives into actionable project plans
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product management, quality assurance, and other teams to define project scope, prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and resolve technical challenges
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, anticipate roadblocks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks and ensure smooth project execution
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to track progress, measure success, and provide regular status updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to travel tech, ensuring our enterprise solutions remain competitive and innovative
We would love to chat if you have:
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience
- Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
- Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope
- Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
- Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
- Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment (hybrid structure) in either Palo Alto, CA or Hollywood, FL or New York, NY -Â This is not a remote-eligible role

Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.Â
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $140,000 - $180,000
- Equity in the form of stock options which provides partial ownership in the company so you can share in the success of the company as it grows
- Pre-tax and ROTH 401(k) options via Fidelity with up to a 4% company match
- Comprehensive benefit plans covering medical (United Healthcare or Kaiser), dental (Guardian), vision (Guardian), life (Mutual of Omaha), and disability (Mutual of Omaha) effective on your hire date. We cover 100% of your employee premiums and 85% of your eligible dependents

- 20 vacation days per year in additional to 10 company holidays, 4 company recharge/wellness days and an end of year company shutdown
