You Will: 

• Devise new programs that support the initiatives’ objectives

• Come up with sustainable goals for the initiative

• Work with cross functional areas to develop budgets and plans for the programs

• Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths and weaknesses

• Monitor projects and oversee project managers to ensure goals are met

• Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals

• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines

• Delegate tasks on the project to cross functional team members best positioned to complete them

• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

• Communicate with senior leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals

• Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

• Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
