Position Summary
SHEIN Technology is a global tech powerhouse overseeing research, software development, infrastructure, data engineering, privacy, governance, and compliance across our international reach. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (official title: Senior Technical Project Manager II), you'll be a crucial conduit to our US CTO, orchestrating US R&D operations from discovery to post-implementation analysis. This involves overseeing weekly/monthly reviews, annual planning, and operational tasks. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating with Global IT, Security, Risk Management, and other integral teams. Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery in line with SHEIN's standards is paramount.
Your technical acumen in eCommerce technology, enterprise applications, development practices, coupled with stellar organizational and communication skills, will be a crucial player. Leadership, decision-making, and unwavering accountability will be your guiding lights throughout each project. Collaborating effectively with diverse technical teams in a dynamic setting is crucial.

Job Responsibilities
- Chair CTO's staff meetings and weekly metric reviews, enhancing engineering efficiency through innovative tools and processes.
- Keep all organizational tiers informed on schedules, priorities, and project statuses, both domestically and globally.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring clarity in scope, deliverables, and timelines. Assiduously manage project scope and maintain clear communication channels.
- Foresee risks, collaboratively deriving solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Curate diverse project status reports tailored to different organizational levels, from detailed updates for project teams to executive summaries.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in technical product or program management
- 10+ years working closely with engineering teams
- Be open to up to 25% international travel, particularly to locations in Asia like Singapore
- Flexibility for evening shifts is essential to bolster cross-border collaboration
- Proven expertise in managing cross-functional projects, establishing monitoring mechanisms for business and engineering metrics
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred
- Prior experience in managing international projects, with a focus on understanding and navigating cultural differences, crafting sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules is preferred
Pay
