ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Technical Program Manager for AI/ML, you will help us drive cool new AI/ML initiatives in the connected fitness space. You will partner with Product teams, our ML team, QA, and Third parties to drive new programs and features to market on time.Ā You will organize the work to be done, track and report progress, and help the team work through challenges as they deliver cutting edge experiences.Ā You will help simplify the concepts and summarize status to the management team.Ā Most importantly, you will be biased for action, help the team grow, and personally ensure that weāre delivering impressive features that our customers will love.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Responsible for managing the lifecycle of complex cross-functional AI/ML programs, in conjunction with our Product, Engineering, Data, Content and Field Testing partners
- Manage specific, strategic initiatives leveraging program management best practices
- Validate, prioritize, communicate, and track the delivery against product requirements for AI/ML solutions
- Track status and drive forward team progress across a myriad of complex, interwoven programs to ensure focused development on value-added efforts
- Autonomously recognize issues, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams
- Drive scale in our data generation and labeling areas
- Lead the Research, Engagement, and Selection of 3rd parties to assist with AI/ML initiatives
- Manage multiple contracts / SOWās creating new ones as needed
- Be the primary interface for our 3rd parties in the ML/AI space from a business perspective.Ā Lead weekly status meetings with our 3rd parties and bubble that up to the program level.
- Identify and resolve process and business issues between 3rd parties and the Company
- Use technical judgment to inform technology and business trade-offs
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years of experience in program management
- 5+ years of experience with ML development software processes (development, configuration, testing, and deployment) and with defining schedules and managing resource dependencies
- 1+ years of demonstrated understanding of AI/ML
- Experience with Agile and tools such as JIRA and Smartsheets
- Experience with 3rd party vendor management including RFP, RFQ, MSA/SOW negotiations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Base Salary: $172,100Ā to $223,800
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
