Senior Technical Program Manager - Hardware, Robotics & Automation

We’re seeking a senior-level Program Manager to be a leader on our Product Development team. As Program Manager, you'll be integral to the creation and maintenance of complex schedules, planning milestones, and enabling the making of commitments to ensure successful customer-centric delivery of products. 

You should have demonstrated capabilities of organizing multiple workstreams to enable a team to focus on the right work, right now. You'll use your experience in using disciplined change management, project portfolio management, and risk management strategies in everyday practice.

We're also seeking experience in using a team-centric project management system, which is governed by a phase gate development framework. You enjoy bringing forward new ideas and concepts without being prompted and have the initiative and skills to adequately implement changes they see necessary. You have capability for coaching all levels of the organization, including in the adoption of the new methods and processes, and exhibit infectious leadership that inspires and creates excitement when working through challenges.
