Senior Technical Program Manager (US-REMOTE)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team as a key driver of successful project execution. You will be at the forefront of managing and leading a transformational multi-year complex backend integration project through the entire lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in leading across multiple active business entities, a high-complexity endeavor involving multiple dependent teams. The scope of your role will encompass becoming the Subject Matter Expert on the IT and Business side, identifying and coordinating activities to support this effort, fostering collaboration across various stakeholders, and working closely with cross-functional IT teams to ensure accountability.

In this contract-to-hire position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while contributing your expertise to a well-known Fortune 100 company and industry leader. We offer competitive compensation, as well as many benefits (see below). The initial contract rate for this role is $90 to $120 per hour.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications to Start Strong:

• 10+ years of professional IT Program or Delivery Manager experience within a large enterprise environment.
• Experience working closely with Product Management & Engineering teams.
• Strong technical acumen, with a preference for someone with an engineering or similar background.
• Ability to quickly become the technical and business Subject Matter Expert.
• Experience presenting information to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Expertise in fostering collaboration among dependent teams.
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience using with Jira and Confluence (Smartsheets knowledge is a plus).
• Familiarity with Agile practices and collaboration with Agile teams.
• Familiarity with Cloud Environments, backend APIs, and writing SQL queries.
• Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business, Organizational Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or Software Development is essential for this role. Advanced degrees in these areas or an MBA with a technology focus would be a significant plus.

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000
