Job Description

Responsible for maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a point of communication and leadership for project team
  • Develop best practices and standards to create, manage, and distribute daily and weekly status updates related to each project.
  • At times will execute lower complexity or projects
  • Develop standards for maintenance project assets, communications, and related database(s).
  • Coordinate of all personnel necessary to complete projects.
  • Track and proactively report on progress on each project to ensure it stays on time and on budget.
  • Work across or with multiple departments to coordinate and manage projects.

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree or 4-years relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years project management experience
  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal competencies, and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate skills in the use of common business tool sets including MS Office
  • Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
