Role Snapshot:Our Senior Technical Project Manager (PM) will manage complex projects as part of our Shared Services group - assisting with all lines of business. Our Senior Project Manager will be working in our PMO group which consist of about 14 individuals that includes: Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Agile Specialists. In this role, you will coordinate resources, tasks, deliverables, and timelines ensuring successful delivery of technical projects.

In this role you will:

  • Track and manage multiple highly complex projects with heavy technology components using agile methodologies (both Scum and Kanban).
  • Define, communicate, and manage project objectives/ scope.
  • Manage activities of project team resources on a day-to-day basis and create an atmosphere of collaboration and creative problem-solving.
  • Review, and be responsible for, overall work effort and deliverables of project team.
  • Ensure the end solution meets stakeholder expectations.
  • Complete and maintain accuracy of documentation required in each project phase as defined by PMO Life Cycle Guide.
  • Escalate significant issues and project deviations to project stakeholders and PMO Management/Program Manager.
  • Manage project vendors as part of implementation activities.
  • Ensure all requirements, project plans, and resolved issues and changes are communicated to all affected team members.
  • Review and manage all changes to project through a formally defined change process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
  • 1 or more years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years in Project Management working in highly technical or complex environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate others and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP, PgMP).
  • Scrum Master Certification.

Salary Range

$95,000 ~ $115,000

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range.
