We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the responsibility of ensuring that our projects are delivered successfully on time and within budget while meeting all objectives. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding our project delivery processes, managing risks, and coordinating teams to achieve exceptional results.

• Take projects from initiation to closure, supporting each stage of delivery
• Coordinate stages, involving relevant stakeholders such as product owners and developers
• Create detailed project plans, assign resources, and manage projects end-to-end
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, reporting updates to the programme manager
• Handle the financial aspects of project workstreams
• Plan and develop project strategies
• Engage, lead, and motivate the project team across all phases
• Establish robust project procedures and governance structures
• Manage stakeholder expectations effectively
• Regularly report and communicate project progress
• Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes
• Provide leadership to ensure project deliverables are met including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value

• Technical applications software and infrastructure management experience
• 5+ years of experience working with various project management methodologies including SaFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
• 5+ years of expertise in software change and release management
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in following logical processes
• Proven ability to build effective relationships to drive successful project outcomes
• Experience in project closure, including capturing lessons learned

• Background in data management
• Experience in financial services or FinTech sectors
• Experience in a client-facing role
• AGILE Scrum Master certification
• SAFE Agile experience
• PRINCE2 certification
• ITIL certification
