Senior Technical Project Manager

The CX Team at OneMagnify is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager and Business Engagement Lead to oversee and drive the successful execution of dashboard reporting solutions and analytical projects. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams while fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, including IT, GDIA, Business Leads, Product Owners, Developers, Data Engineers, and Analysts.

This role combines project management and strategic business engagement with an analytical skill set, aiming to ensure that technical and analytical solutions align with business goals and deliver value.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and presentations, including timelines, milestones, and manage resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, IT, Business stakeholders, and data engineers, to achieve project goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off and status updates.
• Work with various skill teams to develop roadmap and timing.

Business Engagement:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and project deliverables.
• Foster strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.
• Manage expectations and address concerns or feedback from business units to ensure project success.

Technical Oversight:

• Oversee technical design, requirements documentation, development, and implementation processes to ensure solutions meet business needs and adhere to the program requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the requirements are clear and accurately translated into actionable tasks, while addressing any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• QC and analyze the developed solutions to ensure accuracy and provide recommendation for improvements based on business knowledge.

What you’ll need:

• Experience with project management tools (Rally, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data analytics, software development lifecycles, dashboard development and system integration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
