Senior Technical Project Manager, Integrations

Have a knack for organizing to the nth degree and enjoy talking to customers regularly? This highly visible position within the technology team will be responsible for helping our most important customers be successful on the Roadie platform by integrating with our APIs. Your ability to talk to developers in their language as well as manage project timelines and expectations with customers will give you superpowers in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for key integrated customers 
• Provide exceptional support and communication to our senders with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences 
• Guide customers on the use of our REST API and webhooks
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams on new feature requests from API customers
• Contribute to our API documentation and best practices knowledge base
• Communicate with customers regarding new capabilities, migrations, and critical events
• Assist sales with large enterprise integration discovery and planning

What You Bring

• Detailed understanding of API (REST) integration best practices
• Demonstrable hands-on experience as a developer using APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• An understanding of agile software development practices
• Experience working with large enterprise customers
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Programming skills in a commonly used language (Python or Ruby preferred)
• Ability to write moderately complex SQL
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent knowledge
