This role sits at the heart of a high-performance infrastructure organization responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and low-latency systems that power global digital products. You will lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across infrastructure, DevOps, security, compliance, and platform engineering domains in a fully remote, globally distributed environment. Acting as a key coordination point between engineering, product, and operational teams, you will ensure alignment, transparency, and predictable delivery of mission-critical projects. The position requires a strong blend of technical understanding and program leadership, with the ability to manage ambiguity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. You will also play a central role in improving delivery processes, tooling, and reporting frameworks to increase efficiency and operational clarity. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure and platform initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic engineering priorities. You will coordinate across multiple technical teams to manage dependencies, risks, and execution clarity in a highly distributed environment.

• Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional infrastructure, DevOps, security, and platform engineering projects.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and delivery timelines to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate engineering, product, security, compliance, and operations stakeholders to align on priorities and execution strategy.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively driving resolution through structured problem-solving.
• Facilitate key ceremonies including planning sessions, retrospectives, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Track and report on project KPIs, delivery health, and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage intake workflows and ensure timely prioritization and resolution of engineering and infrastructure requests.
• Collaborate with external vendors when needed, ensuring adherence to technical and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal delivery processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

You bring strong experience in technical project or program management within infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps environments. You are comfortable operating in highly technical, fast-paced, and globally distributed organizations, with a strong ability to translate complexity into structured execution.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering environments.
• Strong technical understanding of software engineering, infrastructure systems, security, or networking concepts.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches based on context.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs in fast-moving environments.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian suite tools.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs, building dashboards, and using metrics to guide decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with distributed, remote-first teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools, and workflow optimization is highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities.
