Senior Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master/Project coordination)

This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, agile execution, and cross-functional coordination within a global cybersecurity organization. You will play a key part in driving product release cycles, ensuring seamless alignment between engineering, product, QA, and leadership teams. The position focuses on managing end-to-end release readiness, dependencies, risks, and timelines in a fast-paced, security-driven environment. You will work closely with senior program managers to ensure smooth execution of software releases while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Acting as a key facilitator, you will help translate complex technical initiatives into structured, predictable delivery outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strong technical understanding and excellent project leadership skills.

• Support the coordination and execution of product release cycles, ensuring readiness checks, alignment, and smooth delivery across teams.
• Define, document, and track project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating issues and proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Track project progress, KPIs, and delivery timelines while ensuring transparency through regular reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases and adherence to development standards.
• Apply Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban to optimize delivery execution and team efficiency.
• Support post-release reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5–9 years of overall experience in software development, testing, product delivery, or release management environments.
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, Scrum Master, or project coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), release processes, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar.
• Solid technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps practices, and software architecture concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, complex technical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
