Mission:
Increase talent density by sourcing and hiring world-class, elite, hard-to-find talent to deliver exceptional full-cycle talent acquisition support to Apollo hiring managers.
Outcomes:
- Meet engineering hiring plan for junior to senior level, India-based talent that are hard to attract from top-notch companies through outbound sourcing efforts, quarter over quarter
- Source, Screen, Select, and Sell top-talent and take them through the full cycle recruitment process using the Apollo Recruiting method within 30 days
- Ensure accuracy in reporting to your leader on a daily basis and leverage the escalation process to endure speed and quality in hiring;
- Reduce time to fill from 60 days to 45 days.
Qualification
- Any certification or formal training in full-cycle recruitment is a plus;
- 4+ years working in-house for top notch product companies with a high-growth context.
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment, previous experience with top tier ATS
Responsibilities
- Sourcing for assigned roles (Tier 1/Tier 2)
- 1st Screen of candidates
- Point of contact for candidate process
- Partner with hiring managers to create extensive internal and external scorecards for all roles in the headcount plan, a detailed interview plan, and screening questions as reviewed and approved by CEO
- Build an extensive talent pipeline of hard-to-attract talent from exceptional companies for each headcount plan by increasing the number of outbound leads through the use of the existing network, hunting and sourcing experience and skills, social media, and other sourcing platforms
- Execute the sourcing process from end-to-end and leverage Apollo and LinkedIn as an outbound platform to fill the Recruitment Funnel
- Find and utilize other sourcing methods apart from Apollo and LinkedIn to recruitment processes - Understand Profile Do's and Don'ts and profile review process, and enforce across the Hiring Stakeholders
- Measure and deliver monthly forecast reports that are 100% accurate
