Job Description:

• Focusing on mainly Technical Recruitment, which includes developers’ profile. However also will manage non-technical recruitment when needed.
• Managing international hiring of USA, Ukraine and Middle East, where applicable
• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple vacancies, adopting an innovative sourcing approach and engagement method to bring the best talent to each role
• Tightly manage a multi-stage interview process that ensures decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria with the goal of reducing bias
• Work with other members of the recruitment team to collaborate, share market insights and support each other as required
• Following recruitment process on the ATS and google sheets.

Requirements:

• Atleast 3+ years technical recruitment experience and managing full recruitment lifecycle from a software/ tech industry.
• Exposure of hiring internationally is preferred.
• Expert in use of LinkedIn, must have sound understanding of Applicant Tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Proactive mindset with an unrelenting focus on achieving your goals and targets
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, and ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Shift Timings: Afternoon Bi (3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)
