Job Description
At 700Apps, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is essential for driving our recruitment strategies to attract the brightest minds in technology. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various technical roles. You will work closely with department heads to gain an in-depth understanding of their hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process that prioritizes candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical abilities, experience, and alignment with company culture.
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process from job posting to final offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs while ensuring an engaging candidate experience.
- Assist in developing compelling job descriptions and defining candidate profiles.
- Stay informed about industry trends to adapt and innovate recruitment practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-tech or software environment.
- Proficient knowledge of a wide array of technology roles and skills.
- Experience with various sourcing strategies and tools, including social media and job boards.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Understanding of tech industry trends and candidate markets.
- Proven success in filling technical positions with qualified talent.
- Relevant recruiting certifications are a plus, but not required.
