Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs of clients.
- Establish and nurture close communication with candidates to keep the talent pool updated for upcoming positions.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth technical interviews, collaborating with technical teams when necessary to ensure a comprehensive assessment.
- Partner closely with clients to fully understand position requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring strategies.
- Provide insights during the decision-making process by presenting candidate strengths, areas for development, and alignment with client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, and with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts.
- Uphold a high standard of candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years proven experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (e.g LinkedIn) for sourcing and tracking candidates effectively.
- Project management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver on hiring timelines.
- Experience in HR consultancy, with a strong background in providing recruitment solutions, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning tailored to diverse client needs across various industries.
- Proven experience in outsourced recruitment processes and an understanding of the unique dynamics of managing external partnerships, including vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven improvements in the hiring process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced level of English
