Manage and drive the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to feedback and offer
Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs
Advocate of candidate and employee experience when guiding candidates and prospective employees through the recruiting and onboarding process
Source and recruit for Engineering jobs as well as Business related jobs
Be expected to successfully move candidates through our pipeline and ensure data cleanliness and accuracy.
Leverage your recruiting metrics to inform your activity needs and discuss your recruiting metrics with hiring teams
5+ years of experience demonstrating individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional engineering talent within the tech industry
2+ years of experience demonstrating individual success at identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional Business talent within the tech industry
Managed and driven the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to feedback and offer
Deep sourcing skills; strong sourcing experience and knowledge
Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software
Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn is preferred
Exhibit curiosity and interest in learning about the crypto industry (prior knowledge is not required, merely a strong desire to learn as the team will gladly support the individual in their education)
BA/BS Degree preferred
Salary range for this role is 201K to 350K USD (CA, NY, or remote). Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
