Key Expectations

• Creatively source and sell passive candidates on opportunities at Ridgeline
• Review and screen incoming applicants 
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through dedicated market research and ongoing relationship management
• Partner and communicate effectively with hiring partners and interview teams to ensure preparedness for the interview process
• Build recruiting strategy and recommend ideas to build short term funnel as well as long-term growth for the company
• Deliver a special candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings
• Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
• Contribute to a collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of progressive, full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting full-stack engineers in modern platforms
• Experience recruiting in cloud based enterprise companies
• Working knowledge of social media recruiting and up to date with market trends
• Experience leading and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
• An aptitude for problem solving
• Serious interest in having fun at work

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience recruiting in the financial technology space
• Experience using Greenhouse.io
