Senior Technical Recruiter

We are growing! We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter – focused on attracting and hiring the best cleared talent to advance our company mission. You will maximize your consultation, recruiting strategy, and closing skills to meet hiring goals for your internal clients.  Your results will contribute in a significant way to the overall success of Two Six Technologies and continue to position TST as a preferred employer.  

Key Activities for this Critical Role include:

Build strong relationships with leaders across the company, establishing recruiting strategies to fill current and future openings with diverse qualified talent
Identify passive and active candidates who exhibit our core company values and possess the skills and experiences necessary to perform well in their new TST role
Utilize recruiting tools and techniques for sourcing and candidate management, adhering to our defined policies, processes, and timelines
Develop and implement recruitment strategies against a timeline; adjusting as needed; continually seeking new attraction and sourcing options 
Foster a collaborative team environment and strong service orientation that guarantees an excellent Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience
Meet or exceed Two Six Technologies’ recruitment requirements for this role; including but not limited to annual hiring targets, conversion metrics, and experience ratings
As needed, lead or participate in talent projects or initiatives

Qualifications:

7+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies
5-7 years of experience recruiting in the GovCon community for cleared technical candidates (TS, TS/SCI, Poly)
5+ years working with multiple stakeholders 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus
Experience in recruiting cleared candidates a plus
