We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Service Support Specialist (Hybrid) to join our team specializing in Customer Service for our Power Systems Business in your remote home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Diagnostics Application - Translates customer complaints to develop troubleshooting plan.
• Obtains product technical issue information and utilizes available resources including data management tools.
• Create and verify customer, equipment and technical information and capture specific data
• Apply the Service Capability, Capacity and Coverage process to understand customer expectations, business priorities, and analyze service capability metrics to identify, prioritize and resolve channel development opportunities within the service network.
• Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
• Build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Associates degree or trade school degree (required)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 5 years in technical customer service (required)

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
