The Opportunity
The Senior Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Technical Services team and the Customer Success team. The Senior Coordinator will support different TS workstreams including all customer bulk uploads, Conversations support, customer dataload notifications and Accenture's Many-to-Many processes. They will also support the broader Technical Services team with their daily activities such as assisting with change requests as customer needs evolve, looking at customer data and sharing insights, tracking production issues, and tending to other ad hoc customer requirements and project work.
*This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 2 days a week onsite in our office in Framingham, MA.

The Skills you will bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer focused mindset. Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (training available for those more advanced functions), proficiency in Outlook and Powerpoint
- A team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn and collaborate with others
