The role
We are seeking for a Sr. Technical Solution Analyst interested in a new challenge within a fast-paced environment. Ideal skills: Experience troubleshooting Cerner's Charge Services, CCL/SQL (Database Language), HealthCare Information Technology background or experience.
Responsibilities
As a Sr. Technical Solution Analyst, you will be the technical interface to clients for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle Cerner. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.
About you
Qualifications:
-5 or more years of experience in Healthcare IT
-Experience with CCL or SQL
-3 or more years of Technical Support
-Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
-Associates Degree or higher
-Experience with Cerner Charge Services
-Java, C++ experience
