Senior Technical Sourcer (Contract)

We are currently seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying top technical talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. Utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools, you will engage with passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technical disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sourcing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements of each position.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through the use of creative search techniques.
• Perform preliminary candidate evaluation to assess suitability.
• Partner with Recruiters and Coordinators to drive the interview process with pace.
• Measure and communicate sourcing metrics with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ yrs sourcing experience with in-house technical recruiting, or agency.
• Experience partnering and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and Hiring Partners.
• Experience influencing stakeholders through data analysis.
• Experience executing both short and long term hiring strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role is a 3-6 month temporary assignment, based in Mountain View, CA or Manhattan, NY and will be pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency. The hourly rate range for this position is $25 - $80. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
