Role Mission

This is a contract position with a high likelihood of turning into a permanent position.

As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you'll source and engage top-tier talent across North America. You'll be on the front lines, representing Lightci's (and at times, our customer's) brand, and driving outbound headhunting efforts for both internal and external talent within the engineering, product, and design space.

This role is best suited for the "pure hunter" type, who loves the thrill of recruiting in a fast-paced environment (we work harder AND smarter), is creative with their sourcing strategy, and finds joy in helping people advance their careers.

Deliverables

• Quickly establish networks of candidates within specific industries/skillsets within your first week
• Constantly engage with talent, whether for live roles, or future roles
• Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Leverage recruitment technology as efficiently and as effectively as possible
• Collaborate with the Talent team on best practices, thought-sharing, and navigating around roadblocks

About you

• You're open to a contract position, with a high likelihood of going permanent
• You have 7+ years of outbound headhunting experience, hiring engineering, product, and design talent, in an agency setting
• You have expert knowledge of recruitment search tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to articulate your thoughts with clarity and confidence
