Senior Talent Partner

We are excited to be hiring a Senior Technical Talent Partner to the DebtBook team. As the primary point of contact for our Product, Engineering, Design and SME teams,  you will be responsible for our end to end recruitment process as we continue our impressive growth. 

This key role requires a highly motivated process builder/optimizer who has the unique ability to operate with a high level of precision and urgency in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

Your work will be hands-on and involve collaboration with all levels of leadership across a highly cross-functional team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of the recruitment process and who is excited to be part of a small team where no task is too big or too small. This is a role with an incredible opportunity to drive impact!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Source and identify top talent across multiple disciplines, to include: Product + Engineering, InfoSec, IT and Design.
  • Manage the candidate journey from engagement through to on-boarding with a strong focus on delivering a best in class candidate experience.
  • Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to define and optimize the end to end recruitment processes to ensure an inclusive, equitable and consistent experience.
  • Close Partnership with our People function to drive alignment of hiring to our leveling framework 
  • Build and deliver training for stakeholders to show how best to leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) as well interview training for our new managers who may be hiring for the first time or seeking to upskill their approach. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years experience sourcing & closing talent across multiple internal functions, with a specific focus on Technical roles
  • Strong business acumen
  • High level of calendar management + detail orientation
  • Sound recruiting and sourcing fundamentals
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to solve complex problems independently
  • Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a high growth, start-up/scale-up environment is ideal
